At 59 I had bilateral total knee replacements. For 40 years I was a distance runner. Recovering from the surgeries was grueling and I felt I would never get my fitness and range of motion back. Two years later I met Rob at our gym. He helped me gain confidence by introducing rehabilitating exercises to stabilize and strengthen the muscles surrounding my new knees. At 61 I can squat and lunge deeper and stronger than ever before. I dropped the 3.5kg I’d gained during recovery and managed to actually gain lean muscle!!!
